Operations & Editing Assistant, 20-30 hours per week

We are looking for a joy-filled, people-person with excellent organizational skills to partner with us as we grow. We want someone who can learn and adapt to a variety of tasks including photo processing and office management. We’re not just looking for anyone to fill a desk, we want someone to partner with us as a representative of RCS in client, vendor, and community relationships.

What You’ll Do

- Report directly to a supervisor, collaborating in a variety of projects to move towards clear goals that align with the vision of RCS

- Photo finishing per RCS standards

- Attend to/manage client projects to ensure a quality customer experience

- Complete daily organizational tasks

- Maintain our office environment

Practical Skills

- Proficiency in Adobe Lightroom (you will be required to demonstrate your skill during the application process)

- Strong understanding of composition and an eye for design

- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel

- Strong problem solving skills, the ability to take initiative and make sensible decisions
